夕飯。彩海鮮重。
膝をやってしまい
週2以上でリハビリ通うように
医者から言われたので
リハビリ行ってきました。

4時過ぎに行って終わったら6時過ぎてた。
疲れた。
グリグリガリガリバキバキ。
前回はストレッチ指導
今回は筋トレ指導。

あまりの痛さに頭痛が。

遅くなったので夕飯は中食。
イトーヨーカドーにて
彩海鮮重購入。
ホタテ
いくら
カニ
昆布
しば漬け
錦糸卵に
炊き込み味ご飯
お腹一杯でーす。
