今日のごはん。朝兼昼ハニートー...
朝お腹痛くて
昼
4枚切りのロイヤルブレッド1枚
バター風味のチューブとハチミツ
トーストにかけて
ノンシュガーのカフェオレ

食べた後少しまたお腹がイマイチ。

暫くしてから出掛けました。

最近は美味しくごはんが食べられなくて困ってます。
早く胃腸が元気になるといいなぁ。
