昨日の夕飯。ワンプレートとスー...
ワンプレートは
伊達巻にケチャップとチーズかけて焼いたものと
金平レンコンにマヨネーズとチーズかけて焼いたもの
大根サラダベース
レバーの煮物(買った)
ヒレかつ(買った)
牛ロースの焼いたもの
(ピンクソルトとブラックペッパー)

スープ
鶏ひき肉にゆず胡椒とハチミツ
塩と酒と片栗粉に刻みネギを混ぜて
大根とかたぬきした人参、三つ葉を
白だしと醤油で味つけたスープにした

美味しくいただきました(^∇^)
