ポーランドのお菓子

昨年のル・マン24時間で、たまたまポーランドチームのホスピで知った「クルフカ」
一種のキャラメルだけど、日本人の知るそれとは違う。全く。

どちらかと言えば、砂糖菓子のような食感。
そして、甘い。
甘いけど、濃厚なミルクの香りがリッチ。
もしかして、あっしはコレの方が好みだな。

更に、クルフカは製造元によってレシピが異なるらしく、味わいがそれぞれ違うらしい。

と、友人に熱く語ったら、クルフカをプレゼントしてくれた(笑)
いやぁ、有難いなぁ！

うん、確かに違うな。
