もう。自慢にもならない

その昔は、やれ昨日は完徹だの、三連チャンで4時間しか寝て無いだの、今週はラジオの深夜番組全部制覇した、だの…

寝て無い自慢って、なんで自慢していたのだろう？
あれこそ、若さの特権だよなぁ！
つか、もーぅ今となっては、自慢に聞こえ無いどころか、睡眠とれないのは馬鹿認定だもんな。

人間、ちゃんと寝なきゃ。
作業性落ちるし。
なんなら、命キケン⚠️だから！！

昨日、二時間半しか寝て無ないっすよ！
