ゆっくりラン 3km

3kmコースをゆっくりラン。

今日は日中に数人のランナーを見かけたけど、
北上マラソン対策かなと思えました。

自分は今年は北上マラソンには出場しないで、
盛岡シティマラソンに出場予定。
現在3kmの調整ラン中なので、徐々に距離を踏んで
出場できるのなら、盛岡は５時間で完走できるようにしたい。
