いままでに何十件、何百件の Web 開発を続けてきた我々が言うのもおかしいかもしないないが、今までに行ってきた Web 開発は開始から完成までの時間が長い上に変更が多くてビジネスとして成り立たない。要するにレストランで注文するときに、お客様に材料を持ってきてもらって、そこから料理を決めるようなやり方で Web 開発は進んでいっていしまいます。これでは絶対に最初から見積もりも立たないし、お客様は料理期間が長くなると味変をしたくなってしまい、最終目的にたどり着くことは極めて困難です。

これを違ったやり方で行えないか。それをセットメニューに’できないか。これが今の私の課題です。

It may be strange for us to say this after having developed dozens or hundreds of Web sites, but the Web development we have done so far has taken a long time from start to completion, and there have been so many changes that it is not viable as a business. In short, web development proceeds in a manner similar to a restaurant where the customer brings the ingredients to order and then decides on the dish to be prepared. In this way, the customer cannot estimate from the beginning, and it is extremely difficult to reach the final goal because the customer wants to change the taste as the cooking time becomes longer.

Can we do this differently? Can't we make it into a set menu? This is my current challenge.
