本日のランチ

ネットで生パスタを購入、さっそく今日のランチにしました。
パスタの麺は、リングイネという種類のもので、もっちりと
弾力のある太麺です。

トマト、パプリカ、ズッキーニ、ベーコン、ソーセージの具で、
バジルのきいたトマトソースをつくりました。
トッピングにレモン塩をきかせたポークソテーを盛り、結構なボリュームになりました。

ソースが麺に絡みついた味は絶品！

ドコノレストランのパスタかと思わせる、見事な盛り付けですね。断面が円形でないリングイネの味もいいようで、いいお昼ご飯で、うらやましく拝見させていただきました。

適当に作るのが私の料理でして、何でもありです。
パスタは生麺を使うと何となくちがいますね。
