ソシンロウバイ（素心蝋梅） ロウバイ科（Calycanthaceae）
学名：Chimonanthus praecox (L.) Link form. luteus (Makino) Okuyama
蝋梅名は、半透明で蝋細工の様な花弁で、茎にスポンジ状の白い芯。
これが素心蝋梅と名付いた由来とされている。
ロウバイの園芸品種。内側の花被片が赤色を帯びない。
花もやや大きく、ロウバイより多く栽培されている。
ロウバイは、花がやや小さく内側の花被片が赤色を帯びる。
