今日 新しいジムに行きました！... 今日
新しいジムに行きました！

フラダンスして
岩盤浴　
（水着の上にティシャツを着て）
室温　４６℃で　３０分の予定で入ったんですが
物凄い
ヾ(;´▽｀A``アセアセ
お友達に干からびないように　ネ！
と
言われてたので
１５分にしました！
