まずは、先日の夜のSan Diego湾の船から撮影したお月様の写真を添付致しました。一瞬でも感じられる癒しのひと時、また、同じ光景はきっと2度と現れる事は無いであろう、と、日々の何でもない事に、感謝した瞬間でもありました。
ブログ更新出来ていなかった間、自分自身と、持病の薬による副作用で“無”の状態、“気”の湧かない状態が続いておりました。
全ての気がかんじられない中、自分自身もメデイテーションも出来ない、霊気も出来ない。時間がただ過ぎていた様な放心状態でした。霊気マスターの友人が何度か遠隔霊気を送ってくれて、少しずつ回復❤️🩹。
“今日は何とか私から霊気を送らせて欲しい」と、でも半分くらい寝そべっていた状態から凝視法をさせて貰いました。
45分間、霊気のattunementを送るたびに私自身にも明らかに変化を感じた、貴重な体験をしました。
気を送り、気を受け取る。
気を送り、自身の気となる。
その後の爽快な気持ちになり、久々の元気が戻ってきました。暫く、料理さえも作れない日々が続いていたのに、何と、その直後、デザート作りを始めてしまった私。自分自身も驚き。
どんな薬よりも、どんな慰めよりも、私にはやはり霊気。人それぞれ、合う、合わないはありますが、少しだけ皆様とシェアしたかった私のお話でした。
