Chilli flakes/chilli chutney
Another simple recipe, apply butter, honey and the chutney/flakes on top of the corn. Cover the corn in an aluminium foil and let it grill for a few minutes. Serve it fresh off the grill. You could also use lemon for garnish.
Grilled masala chicken
Red chilli powder
Mix the yoghurt, salt, sugar and red chilli powder. Marinate the chicken chunks in this for an hour at least. Take the chicken chunks, put them into skewers and grill them until the crust turns a fiery red. Serve hot with mayonnaise or a fresh yoghurt dip.
