bloguru.com Service License Agreement

Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. (referred to as "PSP") is offering a web-based community service, called bloguru.com (referred to as "bloguru.com"), which provides the capability to post information on a web page and enter into discussion with other participants.

To use this service, it is required for you (referred as to "User") to read and follow all of the license agreement below (referred to as the "Agreement"). Registration for use of bloguru.com shall constitute consent by User to all of the terms of this Agreement. Please read all of the Agreement below before registering.

About bloguru.com

bloguru.com is a free-of-charge web-based community service, which provides the capability to post information and images or photos (referred to as "Contents") on a web page and enter into discussion with other participants. PSP reserves the right to manage and observe publicly released contents, but will not be held responsible for any content matter. When the content is not appropriate or is offensive, PSP reserves its right to remove the contents partially or entirely. PSP does not guarantee the credibility, authenticity, validity, correctness, lawfulness, integrity, of any information posted on bloguru.com and User remains solely liable for any violation of law or infringing upon intellectual or other rights of any other person. The User maintains all responsibility for any posting of Contents by User and is expected to exercise good judgment when using this service.

Contents of this Agreement may be changed at any time and without notice to User by PSP in PSP's sole discretion. Any use by User subsequent to a change in this Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as then current. It is the obligation of User to check the bloguru.com homepage regularly for any updates to the Agreement.

Using bloguru.com

When using bloguru.com, the following actions are prohibited:

  • Releasing or publishing any information which is false or misleading
  • Using another person's name or identity untruthfully
  • Posting Content inappropriate for minors
  • Posting Content that infringes upon the patents, trademarks, copyrights, company secrets, or intellectual property rights of others.
  • Posting Content that discredits, dishonors, or invades upon the privacy of others.
  • Any criminal or illegal activity
  • Disrupting the business or services provided by PSP or hampering this service to others
  • Activity that violates any law
  • Other activity that PSP deems inappropriate for this service

If a User violates any of the above terms, PSP will have the authority to delete or edit suspicious material, and restrict or deny use of this service to the responsible party.

PSP may change the content or discontinue this service at any time. PSP reserves the right to change passwords when necessary, including the deletion of registration. In any case, PSP will not be held accountable for the effects of any of these actions.

User may experience some interruptions in service of bloguru.com with or without any advance notice. bloguru.com may be suspended or terminated for causes beyond our control (including, but not limited to forces of nature, fire, power outages, viruses and worms caused by third parties).

Non-disclosure of personal information

PSP honors all privacy in handling personal information of registrants, including their name, address, email address, and phone number. PSP will not disclose this information to third parties.

The only exceptions to this policy are (1)when a registrant voluntarily discloses their personal information, (2) if the information is required to be disclosed by law or court order, or (3) if this service and its contents are sold or transferred to another unrelated entity such information as is necessary to continue the proper functioning of the service will be disclosed. Although specific personal information will not be disclosed, PSP may use statistical data based upon the registered information.

All Users have the responsibility to keep their passwords and answer to their secret question confidential. User will bear full responsibility for any offense originating from his or her account, even if User did not give permission for anyone else to use the account or were not aware of others hacking into the User account. If User discovers that their account has been hacked or is being utilized by another person, User shall immediately contact PSP.

Handling of Intellectual Property

The User of this service acknowledges that all Content posted shall become the property of PSP and any third-party with which a license agreement is made. When the User submits Content using this service, PSP will have all rights to the Contents without reimbursement, including the right to copy, distribute, adapt, and transmit.

PSP Responsibility

PSP shall not be any responsible for any damage or loss (including computer malfunction, loss of data, etc.)to User arising from User's use of this service or related to this service. PSP shall not be liable for any claims of User or third parties, including but not limited to the items listed below:

  • Using bloguru.com to buy or sell business
  • Using bloguru.com to make transactions or contracts
  • Satisfaction of the User's goals or objectives
  • Interruption or suspension of service
  • Claims that bloguru.com free of errors

The User, when using this service, bears full responsibility of any damage, injury or loss (including attorney fees) and claims from third parties.

Although there may be links to third parties on the service website, PSP is not affiliated with any of the links unless otherwise noted. Therefore, PSP will not take responsibility for any events arising from services rendered from such links.

Miscellaneous Information

PSP will post any notification to the Users through the service homepage, www.bloguru.com including links on the homepage to any updates. PSP may also choose to contact Users through registered email addresses and deems this sufficient notice for any updates.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. Any dispute between the User and PSP occurring from this service, its contents or this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of King County, Washington State, USA.
