Vivian Ruth Pederson Vivian Ruth Pederson, 89, of Kent, WA, passed away peacefully on April 2nd.

Vivian was born in Snoqualmie on August 18, 1922. At the age of 10 she moved to the Suise Creek area of Kent where she attended the Tanner school and graduated from Meridian High School. She was happily married to Clifford for 69 years.

She worked with her husband and brother in-law for many years at their floor covering business, Pederson Linoleum in Kent. After retiring, she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family but especially enjoyed the little ones. She loved traveling South each winter, cooking, gardening and sunshine.
She is survived by, her husband Clifford of Kent, sister Louise Merritt (Charles) of Buckley, son Frank (Dawnie) of Kent, daughter Karen Ylenni (John) of Kent, Grandsons Eric of Puyallup, Jeff of Sumner and Granddaughters Carrie and Kristine of Kent. Eight great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11am, April 20th at Kent Lutheran Church 336 2nd Ave S. Kent.
Remembrances may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
