Today's PSPINC company lunch featured a variety of Indian dishes selected by PSPINC staff. The spread included perennial favorite Butter Chicken, along with crowd pleasers in the form of Tandoori Chicken, Channa Masala and Vegetable Biryani. Accompanying these dishes were plain and garlic naan, basmati rice and raita.
The restaurant that catered today's spread was a new one to us, and we were quite happy with the food and the service. They will definitely be added to the rotation and we hope to have lunch from them again soon.
Fisher PlazaPSPINC takes the running of our Data Center very seriously, as you might expect from a company that hosts more than 38,000 corporate domains. Our Data Center is housed in Fisher Plaza, a building that was designed with multiple redundant systems to help ensure that in a crisis, the building would still provide power and support systems to its tenants.
PSPINC has taken the same policy as regards how we house the data within our Data Center. There are redundancies in place to reduce the likelihood of our customers experiencing a server outage, even in the event of a disaster befalling our primary Data Center. Many systems have backups and backups of those backups, but the most obvious redundancy we have in place is our Bellevue Data Center, housed in our Bellevue Headquarters. This second Data Center was built to help ensure that we can maintain our promise of 99.9% uptime, and it serves its purpose well.

Yesterday PSPINC representatives attended the luncheon for Puget Sound Business Journal's Corporate Champion Awards. PSBJ recognized eight companies as Corporate Champions in eight categories, and 75 total companies for their corporate charitable giving.
PSPINC was recognized as the Healthy Community Corporate Champion in the category of Global Giving for their work in creating the Summer Experience in Seattle program for child survivors of natural disaster and the establishment of PSP Children’s Foundation as a non-profit organization.

On Tuesday we held a seminar in LA for some of our Japanese clients in the area. It was hosted by members of both our LA and Bellevue Sales staff. The attendees packed the seminar space and left with a better understanding of both PSPINC and Email Marketing with PSPINC tools, such as NewsMAIL.
