Email Server Maintenance
Last night (4/12), we noticed a considerable delay from our POP/IMAP servers, with some customers experiencing as much as a 30 minute email delay. To rectify the situation, our software engineers worked overtime to go through the email software source code and speed up the servers.The initial slowdown has been resolved and the updated email software was released. Our engineers are now working to further improve our email system, both by upgrading the software and adding an extra email server to split the current load in half. We are doing everything possible to mitigate future email delays.
