Megumi's Ganmodoki is made with mashed up tofu, carrots, shiitake, and green onion.
Kitchen staff shape them individually. They usually make 300 of them at Bellevue Megumi kitchen.
Bake Ganmodoki on the stove top with low heat slowly.
Today's school lunch.
