猛暑の毎日の過ごし方

猛暑が続いて体力もなくなっていく毎日。そんな時は水分補給が大事ですが・・・多く飲めばいいってもんでもない。

そこで、エナジー補給。市販のエナジー補給商品を買ってます。仕事場では、常にエナジー補給を第一に考え仕事は二の次(笑)

これからもっと暑くなるのに、耐えられるのか？不安な毎日を過ごしています。
