審査申込書についての注意
各学校顧問 各位
熊本県内で開催される地方審査における審査申込書は
添付の様式を使用してください。
全弓連のＨＰよりダウンロードした級位・五段以下の申込書は
使用できません。
なお、
他県で受審する場合は、全弓連の級位・五段以下の申込書をご使用下さい。
支部長、および学校顧問の先生におかれましてはチェックしたあと提出をお願い
します。
