6月6日 ビデオ審査実施要項について

6月6日開催のビデオ審査実施要項が一斉メールされました。申込用紙等は、メールに添付の用紙を使用して下さい。
※　高校生で参段受審希望の方は、審査申込書の「学校顧問等認証㊞」欄に、学校長の職印を押捺の上、一般熊本審査の受付担当者へ送付し、受審料は｢ゆうちょ振替口座 ０１７６０-(６)-５３９７２｣(ビデオ審査とは異なります)に振り込んで下さい。
