We heard three member firms give their Classification Talks at yesterday's luncheon.

Jeff Brown and Tom Ritter of Axia Home Loans updated us on the current mortgage lending market. Dean Altaras and Billy Poll of NAI Puget Sound Properties spoke about commercial real estate. Lastly, J DeBruler squeezed in 43 power point slides about the services that Accutint Bellevue offers.

Ralph Burksos of Training Consultants Company was the host of this month's Associates meeting that took place at the WAC on Tuesday, February 4.

Ralph spoke on the topic of success from his book "Turning Change into a Payday". While speaking about the importance of setting goals, Ralph shared with the group a poster that he made many years ago. As Ralph states in his book - "You increase the odds of reaching your goals when you write them down". That green handmade poster listing his goals kept him on track and he still visits it to this day.
