Kujira, Zo, and Kuma children made one Japanese dish, called sanshoku-donburi, three color rice bowl dish. Children enjoyed preparing their own toppings (seasoned ground pork, scrambled eggs, and green peas)on their bowls. It was a lot of fun to make "donburi" with friends and tasted very special.

To celebrate Girl's Day (3/3), our kitchen staff prepared special lunch on Friday, March 1. Chirashi zushi with various ingredients, pretty red strawberries and blueberries came out in dessert. They also enjoyed colorful hina arare (sweet rice crackers).
