1月の稽古
刺すような寒さの中、今日も稽古が始まりました。稽古冒頭の体操、始礼から防具着装時、道場に置いてある黒板になにやら文字が。『今年もさらなる飛躍の年するよう精進しよう！』言葉の通り、去年よりも少しでも前へ進む稽古を心がけていきましょう。Our teacher wrote. "Let 's make kendo one step even ahead of last year."
