大分は日出のブランド魚！ 『城下かれい』

これから初夏までが旬で美味しくなります！

日出の海側にある暘谷城の下の海に生息する事からこの名が！

白身で身がしまり甘味がある上品な味です♪

★旬の時期にはトラフグより美味しいと言われます♪
