少し前のニュースで全くサッカーの経験がない方がプレミアリーグを見て衝撃を受け指導者になり大学サッカーの監督として実績を積んでいるという話がありました。「技術の事はうまい選手に聞け」とのこと。「大事なのは目標を見せること」とこの監督は言っています。マネージメントにも通じるものを感じました。
