Bellevue, Washington
Graduating from Azusa Pacific University in 1983, Kenichi Uchikura began his professional career in Japan, where he worked for several years before being entrusted with opening his company’s Seattle subsidiary. This international business experience became the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey in the United States. In 1987, he founded Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. (PSPINC) in the Seattle area, building the company into a long-standing technology business focused on software development, web hosting, bilingual communications, and SaaS solutions serving both U.S. and Japanese markets. Originally recognized for Japanese software localization and cross-cultural technology services, PSPINC evolved alongside the internet era into a provider of digital infrastructure, custom development, and business communication platforms. Under Uchikura’s leadership, the company has remained committed to innovation, customer trust, and practical technology solutions while bridging business opportunities between Japan and the United States for nearly four decades.
