これを造りにして表面を軽く炙ったものです！

大型だけに脂が乗り、歯ごたえもしっかりしています♪

脂が載っていますよね。
炙りで食べたことはありませんが、天ぷらで食べて（お店で）、ちょっとひつこかったです。
