　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　茹でて　“　削り節　”　と　“　ぽんずしょうゆ・ゆずの村　”　で食べたら
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　σ(´~｀*)ﾑｼｬﾑｼｬ(*´▽｀)◇ゞｺﾞｸｺﾞｸ(*´▽｀*)=3ﾊｱｰﾃﾞﾘｼｬｽ♪

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　明日も　いい一日になりますように！

やわらかそーな、美味しそうなオクラですねーー。
アメリカでは、なかなか柔らかいオクラがなくて。。。かんでいると繊維が残ります。。。サイズも大きいです。

日本の夏ですねーー
