「龍髭麺」は、拉麺を更に何度も延ばしを繰り返し1000本、
2000本とそれこそ髪の毛よりも細く仕上る麺で、
あまりの細さに茹でると溶けてしまうので、
油でさっと揚げて餡をからめて食べるそうです。
舞台で 龍髭麺を作るパフォーマンス!
