It is not possible to do wire transfer in Japan unless you have an address or bank account in Japan. I did not know this until this morning I try to wire nd money.

People are waiting up to 2 hours to purchase Japanese beef at Takezono (Ashiya). Yesterday was the last day for 30% off sale. 2 hours wait. Are you kidding? I think they can make this process faster but that does not seem matter to people waiting.
