"Simultaneous analysis of DL-Amino acids in foods and beverages using a highly sensitive chiral resolution labeling reagent" was published (Journal of Chromatography B, Volume 1244, 15 August 2024).
Highlights
•Our chiral resolution labeling reagent D-FDLDA has high MS sensitivity and separation ability for each DL-amino acid.
•DL-amino acids in foods and beverages were separated and quantified via LC-MS using a C18 column by labeling with D-FDLDA.
•Each DL-amino acid peak was accurately identified using a stable isotope-labeled D-FDLDA (13C6-D-FDLDA).
•Samples labeled with D-FDLDA can be stored for at least 1 week at 4 °C.
