忘年会@蓮心

あっしの秘密基地、蓮心にて、常連忘年会2012。


鯛の刺身が「う！美味ぇ！」
最近、何故か、、妙に、鯛が食べたかったので、物凄く満足。
さばきたて・・ってよりは、小慣れた感じで、歯触りも旨味も丁度いい状態。

出してもらったドブロクも、好みな感じで発酵してる。

いやぁ、呑んだ。食った。
