喫茶@蓮心

白茶 「壽眉」
白毫銀針の成長した茶葉。
白茶？ 香りは中国紅茶に近い発酵臭が・・・。

ま、たまには。
京都からの帰り、先週末の日経プラス1で紹介されてた、ケーキ屋で糖分摂取。
道すがら、土山の温泉にチャポンと浸かり・・。

そしてルーティーンの蓮心へ。
湯あたりして疲れてしまったので、珍しく白茶。
普段は、絶対飲まない。

青茶・・特に岩茶は、酒の替わりになるほどチカラ強いから、疲れてる時は更に疲れる。

さっさと寝るか。
