喫茶@じぶんち

茶葉は、一度開封して何年も飲ま... 茶葉は、一度開封して何年も飲まずに不良在庫になっていたモノばかり。
岩茶「大紅袍」と台湾青茶「杉林渓烏龍茶」

まだまだ、飲めた。
でも、やっぱり茶はマイスターに淹れて貰いたい。
最近いつも休日にたむろっていた、秘密基地・中国茶喫茶「蓮心」へ行ってない。

実は、この数ヵ月は店主の都合で月曜は定休になっている。
なので、あっしの唯一の仕事以外の趣味である、喫茶ができなかった。
仕方ないので、自宅で茶を淹れる事にした。

ん～、中国茶ひさしぶり。
