京都にて

久しく帰京。
昼飯に、タイ料理を食べに行った。

パッタイ(タイ風焼そば)を頼んで、食べてみると・・。
まぁ、味はともかく。具に沢庵の細切れがっ！！

何故？
最近は沢庵を食材として使うのが流行してるのか？
