マンデリン

あれ？
位相が90°ずれてる。
ま、いいや。
6種の実験キットがあるっすから。
今日試すのはマンデリン。
昨日のロブスタに続き、いわゆる深煎りの豆。

んー。
焙煎香が良い！さすがに炭火焙煎、少しガス焼きとは違う趣がある、気がする。
苦味強めだけど、嫌な苦味じゃないな。
たぶんコクとか旨味とバランス良くて、すんなり喉を通るんだろうな。
んー。美味い！
