腐乳

油面皮のインスタントラーメンは、ご愛嬌
蓮心が有った頃は、中国茶飲みながら酒も飲みながら…そして、中華な酒の肴を楽しんでいたっすよ。

たまたま今日立ち寄った店で、喰ってたモノを見つけたので、もう買うしかない！！
中華な店主は、「日本人買わない」とか言っていたけど、美味いもんは美味い！

辛口豆腐乳！！
ピリリと辛味、塩漬けの豆腐。
いい感じに発酵していて、まさにチーズ！！
塩辛いから、ちょっとだけ舌に乗せて…
からすみとかと双璧を成す、ツートップ(笑)

そして、パイジゥ(白酒)を…
いやいや、今は薩摩の芋焼酎！！

あー、たまらん。
うめーぇ！！
