喫茶@中国茶「石乳」
もう少し暖かい春になると、華々しい台湾烏龍や、緑豊かな風味の西湖龍井など緑茶が恋しくなる…。
とは言え、やっぱり岩茶。
それも武夷岩茶に回帰する。
「石乳」は肉桂飲みのあっしにも、納得の強い香り。そして旨味。
ただ、杯を進めながらの枯れていく風景は、降伏点が近い。
