🇩🇪からパン

ドイツのパンといえば、歯が悪くて黒パンが固いという、婆さん憧れの白パン🤣

あっし、日本のフワフワモッチリ食感が実は苦手で、むしろクチの中を怪我しそうなほど鋭利な外郭を持つフランスパンが至高の旨さだと思っているので、今にして思えば、たぶん黒パンのほうが味が深くてウマイうえに栄養の点に於いても上なのではないか？という…

かくして、ドイツから届いたパンは、変わり種のパンをはじめ、いたってゲルマン圏で食べるような味だった。
