ネパール旅行

友人のネパール人シェフが作るネパールカレー。何でこんなにスパイスの使い方が上手いんだろう？

って、プロだからな。
全てを包括的にカレーとは言うものの、その全てが同じ味付けではない。

まぁ日本だって醤油や味噌の種類考えてみれば、同じことかもしれないのだけど。
兎に角旨い、という事だけは確かだな。
