ネパール旅行、再び

あ、写真撮り忘れた💦

友人のネパール人シェフ、いつもいつも感じるのだけど、なんであんなにスパイスの使い方が上手いのか…
プロだから、って言ってしまえばそこまでなんすが。でも、ネパール人がやってる他のネパール料理店へ行っても、感動を覚える程の旨さがあるわけじゃない。
やっぱり、技術なんだよなぁ。
