ととのう

昨夜から急激に胃腸の不具合を感じ、とりあえず晩酌は停止。油を使う料理もクチにしない、、を厳守していたら少しは楽になってきた。でも、完調じゃない…
エンジンでいうなら、昨日は一発死んで回ってたけれど、今日はカブってる感じ。もしくは、上が回らない感じ。インジェクション時代にカブるとな！分かる人いねーな🤣

まぁ、そんな訳で。
サウナでも行って、中から毒を出そう！

出掛けた温泉にはサウナとは別に個人用蒸し風呂と呼称される、まるで中世の拷問器具・アイアンメイデンなみにおどろおどろしい設備もあり、もはや罪人なみに生首だけを世間様に晒しながら、ひたすら拷問器具の熱攻めに耐え忍んだっすわ🤣

拷問のち、ひたすらサウナと水風呂を繰り返すこと１時間。お陰様で身体が軽い！
