胡麻酢蕎麦

近所の蕎麦屋さんへ、前から食べたかった胡麻酢蕎麦を。日式冷麺の蕎麦版(笑)
胡麻の風味、酸味、カラシの代わりにワサビ。さらに、鼻に抜けるレモンの香りが良い。夏はこれもアリだな😃
ただ、正直言って…味が濃いだけに、蕎麦の麺を感じることはない(笑)でも、まあ、アリだな😃
