弊社で主催するセミナーはいつも日本語ですが、『配偶者がアメリカ人なので英語でもやって下さい』とリクエストを時々頂きます。

実は年に1〜2回、現地の会社や団体が主催するイベントにスピーカーとしてお招き頂き、登壇させて頂くことがあります。いつものセミナーの英語版をやっています。今回もサンディエゴのLaw Library にお招きいただき、webセミナーで登壇させて頂くことになりました！久々に英語で行います。こちらは無料で何方でもご参加頂けます。

About the Program：There are lots of uncertainties due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many wonder of “what if” scenarios. This webinar will discuss the timing of your estate planning, as well as the types of legal documents that can provide you with peace of mind during this pandemic, and protect you and your family in times of need, including: Advance Health Care Directive, HIPAA Authorization,
Durable Power of Attorney for Finance, and Differences between Wills and Trusts.

About the Speaker - Ikuko Sano, Esq.: Ms. Sano is an attorney licensed to practice law in California, Hawaii, and New York with over 16 years of experience. In 2009, she founded Sano & Associates, P.C., a boutique law firm in Northern San Diego County offering reliable, high quality legal services to in- dividual clients with a focus on estate planning. Ms. Sano served on the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County (North County Bar Association) from 2015 to 2018, and　led the Association as President in 2018.
