Leads Committee Needs Volunt...
Liz Talley of Windermere Real Estate NW and Leads Committee Chair is looking for volunteers for the Leads Committee.

The Leads Committee purpose is to encourage all members to find and report effective leads for one another. As a member of this committee you’ll have an opportunity to develop new and creative ways for members to think about leads generation and that could mean MORE LEADS FOR YOU, too!

If you would like to be on the Leads Committee, please call SEA office at 206-352-3955 or email SEA Office

On the Subject of Leads. . .

WHAT IS A LEAD?

It is an opportunity to do business before your competitors know there is business to be done.

THE CHANCE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION FIRST!

WHAT IS A GOOD LEAD?

Any type of business information that may help fellow members.
Anyone outside the membership who is in the market to buy, build, sell or exchange a commodity or service.

WHEN IS A LEAD A GOOD LEAD?

Only when it is advance information turned in before it becomes public knowledge. It must be current, pertinent and complete.

WHERE ARE GOOD LEADS FOUND?

In conversations with FRIENDS, EMPLOYEES, NEIGHBORS, or any outside business or social contact. By observing what is going on wherever it may be.

WHAT KIND OF LEADS ARE THERE?

  • DIRECT: Leads which apply to one other member. A member referring an “outside” person to another member. Members are expected to learn as much as possible about other members’ businesses. Only by doing so can a member properly direct business opportunities to fellow members.

  • GENERAL: Leads which may apply to more than one member. A factory to be built, new business opening, etc.

  • RUMOR: Leads which are not yet proven fact. Should be treated in a highly confidential manner.

WHAT TO DO WITH THESE KINDS OF LEADS?

  • DIRECT: Refer the prospect to the member who could make the sale, or notify the SEA office so the information will be passed along.

  • GENERAL: Turn your leads in at Wednesday meetings or phone, fax or email the information to the SEA office so it cab be included in the weekly leads sheet.

  • RUMOR: Specify it as a rumor, so that the information is used properly.

    SUBMIT A LEAD A WEEK!

  • #Business #Marketing
