bloguru update + new skin

This afternoon we released an update which brings several new things. First, there is a new feature called 'Profile Completeness'. This is a progress bar to completing your profile - complete profiles are more search engine friendly, secure, and attract more page views.

Second we released a new skin called "Butterfly Works". This new skin takes advantage of a new post layout which features the date in a new format and all buttons at the top.

In addition there have been several back-end changes to bloguru as well which will make future bloguru development easier.
