Bloguru Status Update
May
1
We would like to inform all users of statuses on some problems that users have been seeing since the recent update.
1. During the time frame in which Bloguru's server was being restored, several users have noticed that their images failed to be displayed. The server has since been fully restored, and images should display without problem. If you are still experiencing problems loading images, please contact us.
2. The following issues will be addressed in an upcoming update:
-The new Multiple Image Uploader's lack of support for certain file types
-Multiple Image Uploader errors remain in English despite user settings defaulting to Japanese.
-Bloguru History listing the same month multiple times
-Some Bloguru sidebar calendar links broken
Bloguru has also identified and is currently working to address the following issues:
-Download Logs fail to be downloaded
-Email posts do not work.
-Times displayed in incorrect timezones for the following: aggregator, download log, and access counter.
-Inability to change the order in which images uploaded by the multi-image uploader appear
Finally, there have been reports of a 404 error appearing across the website. It is possible that this is caused by caches stored from prior to the update and hardware crash. Please clear your browser's cache and close your browser once, as this may correct the issue.
Thank you for your continued patience and support,
The Bloguru Support Team
