喫茶@蓮心

本日の茶葉は岩茶「丹桂」

良い香りがありながら、焙煎の風味も欲しいあっしの、相反するオーダーにいつも店主を困らせてしまう。

確かに香りは良い。
焙煎の風味もある。
でも、茶の深みとコクが薄い。
勿論茶葉の個体差はあるかもしれないが。

にしても、普段飲む「肉桂」には及ばない。

おこがましいです。

中国茶はその種類も品種も、生産者まで含めれば、もう、無限？と感じる程に多様多彩です。

中国本土の茶業市場へ茶葉を買いに行くと、圧倒されます。

ボクはもう、ウマイ茶をたしなみたいだけですから。
