パリです。

パリです。
チョッチ、旨いもんでも食うか。
で、パリに居ます。

レースウィーク明けと、久しぶりに12時間のフライト疲れてしまい、満身創痍でブラッスリーに入店。
そして、痛恨のオーダーミスっ！

メイン料理がチョップした生肉の和え物(ユッケ同等品)
普段、肉は良く焼きたい派のあっし、涙涙で食べた・・
いや、質はすこぶる良いので、味は悪くないんす。
臭みも全く無くて。

ただ、言ってみりゃ焼く前のハンバーグ直径250㎜厚み20㎜っすよ！
・・・キツかった。

ま、日本じゃユッケは食えないから、なぁ(笑)
いやいや、あっしはユッケそもそも食わんす。(涙)
