喫茶@自分ち
中国青茶。いわゆるウーロン茶の... 中国青茶。いわゆるウーロン茶のひとつ。
武夷岩茶・肉桂

喉ごし、香りが高次元で調和する逸品。
茶葉質と焙煎が良くないと美味しく無い。
ゆったりと茶を聞きながら、時間を過ごすっすよ。
最近、手持ちの茶葉が少なくなってきたから、大切にキープしておいた「肉桂」

こういう日こそ、香り高い岩茶の出番。
ただ茶道具が無いから、だいぶんザックリと淹れるっす。
